Speaker's Bio

Is currently responsible for global technology service fulfillment at Novare Technologies.

Prior to joining Novare, William was concurrent Group Head for Support Services and Information Planning and Security at Software Ventures International, a major IT outsourcing group.

While at SVI, William managed large systems integration projects, as well as, call center and data center operations which included: In the United States, Thomson West, Verizon, Northwest Airlines, In the United Kingdom, Shell Ship Management Limited and In the Philippines with the Department of Budget and Management.

William serves as a faculty member at the Ateneo de Manila University's Mathematics and Computer Science departments.

William is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). He holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the Ateneo de Manila University.
